How do I place an order?

Simply choose your color/size/option on the product page, then click the "Add To Cart" button and proceed to checkout.

We sure do! We ship thousands of products worldwide each day and have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.

Do you offer Discount Vouchers or Coupons?

Absolutely! If you sign up to our mailing list as a first time customer you will receive a coupon code to use at checkout on your first purchase which can be used for any full priced or sales items available.

Do I get an order confirmation email?

We automatically send you a confirmation email once you completed the checkout process. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to forward for immediate shipment.

Please make sure to type your email address correctly. If you didn't receive one, please do not worry. You can try these instead:

  • Check your eMail Spam folder (often confirmation emails land there)
  • Check your bank statement
  • Or you may contact us so we can send you an email with your order details.

I did not apply the coupon code. What can I do?

Discount codes are not applied automatically and need to be entered during the checkout process. Unfortunately a coupon code cannot be applied after you have completed the processing of your order. We want you to get those savings, so please be sure to remember to apply your code before finalizing your purchase. Please note that coupon codes can not be combined. Only (1) coupon per order can be applied. Coupon codes are received by email and must be used within the timeframe mentioned.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Order processing time is between 1-3 business days before shipment. Once your item/s are shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

US: 8-15 business days

Worldwide: 10-20 business days

We guarantee your product will arrive to you within 60 days (8 weeks) under our Buyer Protection, otherwise you will receive a full refund.

We DO NOT OFFER refunds while a product is in transit as it is already on the way to you. We understand this can be a long time, but it is worth the wait at the competitive prices we offer.

Please DO NOT order if you need an item before an expectant date, we hold no responsibility to the couriers and the current conditions out of our control.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

CANCELLATIONS: Please note that after a purchase is made on our website, unfortunately, we CANNOT cancel your order as we send it to our warehouse for processing immediately. Once the order is placed, it is permanently in our system.

CHANGES: We process orders the same day they are placed and changes can only be made up until then. If you notice a typo in shipping address, after you receive your confirmation, please contact us immediately at shop@gluckify.com and we will do our best to accommodate the change for you, but we cannot make any promises. Once your order has been forwarded to our fulfillment center, we no longer have the ability to make changes the order.

    My tracking number doesn't exist? What?

    For International orders or orders saying the tracking doesn't exist, Please double check your tracking number is correct, secondly, make sure its your tracking number not your order number! Your tracking number is sent via email as your item is shipped.

    I’ve put down the wrong shipping info/size order/variant order! What do I do?

    Prevention is this best protocol for this scenario. Please triple check that all information submitted is correct when following the purchasing process. If you do happen to make any error, please contact shop@gluckify.com as soon as possible and we will try and correct the error. As our products are processed the day of the purchase submission, we cannot guarantee your purchase info will be corrected. All customers will be subject to re-purchasing the desired items if an error occurs.

    Where do you ship from ?

    Gluckify works very closely with top global merchants from all over the world to source and curates the most unique products on the market at the best prices for you. We travel the world and meet trusted suppliers to put together a collection of fun and trending product, this way, you don't have to drive around to retail shops, search thousands of different websites to price compare and get ideas...think of us as a one-stop shop destination for the most popular products. :) Because of this, your order can be shipped anywhere from China, Tibet, India, Vietnam etc. via our partnership with USPS.

    Is the product the same as in the photo?

    Yes, all photos are real. Please note that due to the light and screen difference, the items color may be slightly different from the image.

    Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) with an industry standard 256-bit encryption technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments.     Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
