Will I receive an email with the order confirmation?

We will automatically send you a confirmation email once you have completed the checkout process. This means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once we receive your order, we will automatically contact our suppliers to forward it for immediate shipment.

Please make sure you enter your email address correctly. If you didn't receive one, don't worry. You can try these solutions instead:

Check your junk mail folder (confirmation emails often end up there)
Check your bank statement
Or you can contact us so we can send you an email with the details of your order.
I didn't apply the promo code, what can I do?

Discount codes are not automatically applied and must be entered during the checkout process. Unfortunately, a promo code cannot be applied once you have finished processing your order. We want you to receive those savings, so don't forget to apply your code before completing your purchase. Please note that promo codes cannot be combined. Only (1) coupon can be applied per order. Discount codes are received via email and must be used within the specified time period.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping. Once your items have been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

USA: 8-15 business days

Worldwide: 10-20 working days

We guarantee that your product will reach you within 60 days (8 weeks) under our buyer protection, otherwise you will receive a full refund.

We do NOT offer refunds while a product is in transit as it is already on its way to you. We understand this can take a long time but with the competitive prices we offer, it is worth the wait.

Please DO NOT order if you require an item before a scheduled date, we have no responsibility to carriers and current conditions are beyond our control.

Can I cancel or change my order?

CANCELLATIONS: Please note that once you have made a purchase on our website, we unfortunately CANNOT cancel your order as we send it to our warehouse for immediate processing. Once the order is placed, it is permanent in our system.

CHANGES: We process orders the same day they are placed and changes can only be made up until that date. If you notice a typo in the shipping address after receiving your confirmation, please contact us immediately at shop@luckify.com and we will do our best to make the change but cannot promise anything. Once your order has been submitted to our fulfillment center, we are unable to make any changes to the order.

My tracking number doesn't exist? What?

For international orders or orders where tracking is not available, please double check that your tracking number is correct. Second, make sure it is your shipment tracking number and not your order number! Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your item ships.

I entered the wrong shipping information/order size/order option! What should I do?

Prevention is the best course of action in this case. Please check three times.
