Refunds and Returns

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the following policy.

Returns Our refund policy is for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the product was delivered, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

We accept returns on products we have dispatched and if the item is defective due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Items must be returned with proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service at shop@luckify.com and we will be happy to assist you with your request.

Please note that for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on socks and insoles. Please make your selection carefully.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less 15% of the original payment, within 2-3 business days.

You will not be entitled to a refund if:

  1. Your order did not arrive due to factors that are your responsibility (e.g. incorrect delivery address).

  2. Your order has not arrived due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of the seller (e.g. not released by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

  3. Other exceptional circumstances beyond our control exist.

  4. You have placed incorrect orders and we have already shipped them.

  5. You have placed incorrect orders and do not wish to return the item (the buyer must bear the return shipping costs if they wish to exchange the items; this can often happen with items that have size variations, so we encourage our customers to check our size chart very carefully before ordering to avoid any misunderstanding about size standards in different countries or among manufacturers).

  6. You have changed your mind after the order has arrived in your country and wish to return it.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, first double check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to officially post. After that, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still haven't received a refund, please contact us at shop@luckify.com .

order cancellations

All order cancellations must be made within 6 hours of placing the order.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or refuse an order, or any portion thereof, at any time after receipt of the order, even after the customer has received an order confirmation or the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.

Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee (15% of the total value of your order, excluding shipping costs) which will be applied to the cancellation regardless of the time the order was placed (even if it is only seconds later) because the merchant or credit card company charges us a fee for the cancellation.

Please note that any order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Sale Items (if applicable) Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Returns of sale items, discounted items or items purchased with a coupon code can only be exchanged for in-store credit.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange the same item, please contact us for a return authorization number and we will be happy to assist you.
