Will I receive an order confirmation by email?
We will automatically send you a confirmation email once you have completed the checkout process. This means that we have received your order in our system and your credit card has been pre-authorized for the purchase. Once we receive your order, we will automatically contact our suppliers to forward it for immediate shipment.

I didn't apply the discount code. What can I do?
Discount codes are not automatically applied and must be entered during the checkout process. Unfortunately, a discount code cannot be applied once the order has been completed. We want you to take advantage of these savings, so don't forget to enter the code before completing your purchase. Please note that discount codes cannot be combined. Only one (1) voucher can be used per order. Discount codes are sent via email and must be used within the specified time period.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping. Once your items have been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:
United States: 8-15 business days
Worldwide: 10-20 working days
We guarantee that your product will arrive within 60 days (8 weeks) under our buyer protection, otherwise you will receive a full refund.
We do NOT offer refunds while a product is in transit as it is already on its way to you. We understand this can be a long time but it is worth it considering our competitive pricing.
Please DO NOT ORDER if you need an item before a specific date. We are not responsible for shipping carriers and current conditions are beyond our control.
Can I cancel or change my order?
CANCELLATIONS: Please note that once you have placed an order on our website, we CANNOT cancel your order as we immediately send it to our warehouse for processing. Once the order is placed, it is permanent in our system.
CHANGES: We process orders the same day they are placed and changes can only be made up until that date. If you notice a typo in the shipping address, please contact us immediately at shop@luckify.com . We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot promise anything. Once your order has been forwarded to our fulfillment center, we are unable to make any changes to the order.
My tracking number doesn't exist? What now?
For international orders or orders where tracking is shown as non-existent, please check that your tracking number is correct. Make sure it is your shipment tracking number and not your order number! Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your item ships.
I entered incorrect shipping information/size/variant! What should I do?
Prevention is the best cure in this case. Please triple check your details before submitting your order.
